Introduction

So here I go, adding to the ocean of unread blogs on the internet and all the while trying desperately to avoid all the possible clichés of blogging.  Why blog you may ask?  Well, seeing as I'm going to have to write more and more over the course of my professional life, I should hone my skill at the keyboard.  Therefore, I've opted to start a blog for mine own benefit and see where it goes from there.
